取消预订政策（英格兰） ****以下内容是公寓标准取消预订条款的简要概述。具体的条款和条件，请参见公寓的《预订条款与条件》。 ***政策实时变更，请以公寓合同为准。一旦您支付了预付租金并且已被分配房间，若您决定取消预订，则以下两者中金额较小的一项将不予退还：(i) 预付租金或 (ii) 相当于一周许可费的金额。如果您已经支付了预付租金，且双方都已接受许可协议，那么您需遵守许可协议的条款，直至找到替代承租人。针对2026/27学年的公寓预订，若您满足以下任一情形，可申请取消预订，公寓方将为您全额退还已支付的预付租金及所有租金款项。各类情形的具体要求如下：一、“No Visa No Pay”政策若您的英国留学签证申请未获批准，需在收到签证拒签信后的48小时内，将该拒签信提交至公寓方。 1. 政策有效期：截至2026年9月1日。 2. 申请方式：请将取消申请及官方拒签证明材料，发送至对应项目的指定邮箱。 3. 逾期后果：若您未在48小时内提交所需材料，公寓方将扣除一笔取消手续费，扣除金额为以下两项中的较低值：（1）您已支付的预付租金金额；（2）相当于一周住宿费用的金额。二、“No Place No Pay”政策若您未取得入学所需的合格成绩，或未获得目标大学的录取资格，需在收到大学拒信、或确认考试成绩未达大学要求后的48小时内，将相关证明材料提交至公寓方（证明材料包括但不限于大学拒信、考试成绩未达标证明等）。 1. 政策有效期：截至2026年9月1日。 2. 申请方式：请将取消申请及官方证明材料，发送至对应项目的指定邮箱。 3. 逾期后果：若您未在48小时内提交所需材料，公寓方将扣除一笔取消手续费，扣除金额为以下两项中的较低值：（1）您已支付的预付租金金额；（2）相当于一周住宿费用的金额。三、“No Placement No Pay”政策若您在实习学年未获得任何实习机会，或获得的实习地点与您预订公寓的所在城市不一致，需在收到实习拒信、或确认实习安排未达成后的48小时内，将相关证明材料提交至公寓方（证明材料包括但不限于实习拒信、实习安排未达成证明等）。 1. 政策有效期：截至2026年9月1日。 2. 申请方式：请将取消申请及官方证明材料，发送至对应项目的指定邮箱。 3. 逾期后果：若您未在48小时内提交所需材料，公寓方将扣除一笔取消手续费，扣除金额为以下两项中的较低值：（1）您已支付的预付租金金额；（2）相当于一周住宿费用的金额。 **注意**：请确保及时提供所有必要的取消证明和文件，以避免产生不必要的取消费用。如有任何疑问或需要进一步的信息，请直接联系您预订的住宿机构或相关负责人。
