****以下内容是公寓标准取消预订条款的简要概述。具体的条款和条件，请参见公寓的《预订条款与条件》。 ***政策实时变更，请以公寓官方网站及合同为准。如果租客在租约签署之前取消预订，预付租金将被退还。一旦预订已被签署，公寓提供72小时的“冷静期”，在此期间，如果情况发生变化且尚未入住该公寓。，租客可以取消预订。从2026年8月1日起，“冷静期”将从72小时缩短至24小时（自预订签署后生效）。在冷静期内取消预订，请在收到“租赁协议已签署”邮件后72小时/24小时内通过电子邮件联系公寓退还预付租金。请注意，退款会在至少10个工作日才能到账。一旦冷静期过后，租客如想在租期开始前取消预订，前提是符合以下条件： ●No Place No Pay：成绩未达标或offer被拒，收到结果的72小时内提供UCAS的书面拒绝信可以退订 ●No Visa No Pay：收到签证拒信的72小时内提供给公寓审核，公寓收到相关材料后，会确认您的取消请求并退还全额预付租金。如果您在租期开始后才收到上述通知，您将仍需为租期开始前的所有租金负责，直到您提供相关机构的确认文件，并得到公寓的回复确认解除租约日期。除上述情况外，公寓不接受在租期开始前或租期内的其他取消请求。所有租约均以双方最终签署的协议文本为准。一旦签署并履行《租赁协议》且您已支付首月租金，该协议将不可取消。
