The cashback amount will be applied as follows: Residents paying in full: cashback applied before full payment is due, to the first instalment; Residents paying in instalments: cashback applied to the second instalment. 4. Cashback Recovery on Early Termination If you give notice and terminate your contract before the contracted tenancy end date and become eligible for a refund, any cashback that has been credited to your account will be deducted from the refundable amount. If the refundable amount is less than the cashback value, Here Student Living reserves the right to recover the outstanding balance from you. 5.
