Laundry offer:
Unite Students and Circuit Laundry are teaming up to provide customers with the opportunity to claim up to 35 wash and dry cycles when booking a room with Unite Students.
What’s the Offer?
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, existing eligible customers who book any room type other than a studio with Unite Students in one of the eligible Unite Students properties listed in Appendix 1 below for a minimum 39-week tenancy for the Relevant Academic Year will be entitled to Circuit Laundry account credit for up to 35 wash and dry cycles using Circuit Laundry’s washing and tumble dryer machines within Unite Students’ properties (the “Offer”).
Who is eligible?
Existing eligible customers who book a room with Unite Students at properties listed in Appendix 1 between 21st July 2026 and 30th September 20026 (inclusive) (the “Booking Period”) for the 2026/2027 academic year (the “Relevant Academic Year”) will (subject to these Terms and Conditions) be entitled to receive digital account credit for up to 35 wash and dry cycles using Circuit Laundry machines in Unite Students’ properties, up to a maximum credit value of £196 for properties outside of London and £206.50 inside London.
To be eligible, you need to:
book a room at one of the Properties via either https://www.unitestudents.com, Unite Students’ Property Teams, Unite Students’ Contact Centre, through our International Agent partners or via our WeChat Mini-program (the “Booking”); and,
book for a minimum 39 week tenancy during the Booking Period for a tenancy starting on or after 29th August 2026; and,
check into your booked room at the start of the tenancy period; and,
provide a valid email address and a valid phone number as part of completing your Booking.
You will not be eligible for the Offer if:
Your booking is for a Studio
Your booking is a short-stay, semester-stay or your booking has a start date of 28th August 2026 or earlier, even if for 39 weeks or over; and/or,
You are in arrears or have otherwise been in breach of your current tenancy at any time during your tenancy; and/or,
You have booked your tenancy through a university or higher education institution (including, for the avoidance of doubt, bookings made under what Unite Students calls a Nominations Agreement); and/or,
You have booked a room with Unite Students prior to the Booking Period (for the avoidance of doubt, for rooms booked prior to the Booking Period a change of room during the Booking Period will not create eligibility for the Offer); and/or,
your Booking has not moved to complete in the Unite Students’ system by 7th October 2026.
Any amendments made to the Booking after the Offer is accepted will invalidate this promotional offer.
This offer can be cumulated with Unite Students’ Group Booking Offer but cannot be cumulated with any other offer and is not transferable to another customer.
Account credit expires at the end of your 2026/27 tenancy and has no cash value
How do I receive my credit?
Customers who meet the criteria of the terms and conditions outlined in these Terms and Conditions will be issued credit via a code Unite Students will send to the email address supplied by them when booking (the “Credit”)
Customers can redeem the code for account credit in the Circuit Laundry app once an account has been created with Circuit Laundry by them
If you are an eligible customer and choose to take up the Offer:
You will be entitled to credit value of £196 for properties outside of London and £206.50 within London; and,
You will need to download Circuit Laundry’s App and create an account with them
The code to redeem your credit will be emailed to the email address supplied at the time of booking after you have checked into your property and by 15th November 2026 at the latest.
The Credit will not be provided to you if:
You have not provided a valid email address at the point of booking; and / or,
you do not have an up to date payment status as at 30th October 2026; and / or,
you have not checked into your booked room by 14th October 2026, or at all.
How can the credit be used?
On receipt of the Credit, you can redeem it for laundry wash or dry cycles using Circuit Laundry’s washing or drier machines within Unite Students’ properties.
Each wash cycle utilised will deduct £3.50, and each dry cycle utilised will deduct £2.10 from your credit balance in properties outside of London.
Each wash cycle utilised will deduct £3.70, and each dry cycle utilised will deduct £2.20 from your credit balance in properties inside London.
What else do I need to know?
You will only qualify to receive the Credit once your booking status for the Relevant Academic Year have been moved to complete in Unite Students’ systems.
For a booking status to move to complete, your tenancy agreement must have been completed in accordance with its terms. Similarly, the Guarantor agreement must also have been completed in accordance with Unite Students’ terms.
Account credit for this promotion will expire at the end of your eligible booking’s tenancy end date. Any credit not redeemed by this date will be lost and has no cash value.
