****以下内容是公寓标准取消预订条款的简要概述。具体的条款和条件，请参见公寓的《预订条款与条件》。 ***政策实时变更，请以公寓合同为准。 1. 支付250镑（2-24周订单）或500 镑（25-51周订单）订金锁定订单，付款后退订，该订金将不会被退款。订金为订房预付意向金，可冲抵房费。支付服务费99镑（送入住前的清洁和一份床品）。若没能如期支付第一笔分期款，该订单将被取消且订金将不会被退款。 2. 租期开始前6周以上退订，将被扣除订金和99镑服务费。 3. 租期开始前6周以内退订，将被扣除订金和99镑服务费和6周房费。 4. 租期开始以后，该合同将不可退订，所付款项将不会被退款；如需转租，可联系销售顾问。未入住公寓之前将不接受转租，如需退订，可按退订政策申请。入住后如需转租，可在合同剩余12周以上的情况下申请，详情可联系销售顾问。特别条款：No Visa No Pay -租期开始日14天之前，凭英国移民局出具的正式拒签通知，须于收到拒签决定后3个工作日内向公寓提交邮件取消，可申请退款除订金以外的全部费用。租期开始前2周以内的退订，不适用该条款。
