Cathedral Campus FREE Laundry* (*worth £125 laundry credit) - T&Cs ‘Free Laundry’ means laundry credit for the on-site laundry worth £125. ‘Booking’ means a completed booking for the 2026/27 academic year which requires you to sign a tenancy agreement with Dwell Student Living which is accepted, and for all supporting documentation (including guarantor’s if applicable) to be provided and accepted, as well as the deposit payment made (if applicable). ‘HEI’ means a higher education institution, including universities. ‘Offer’ means a free laundry credit worth £125. ‘You’ means the applicant for a tenancy signed for the 2026/27 academic year. 1. Customers who book for the 2026/27 academic year at Cathedral Campus in any room, will receive £125 laundry credit for the on-site laundry, subject to these terms and conditions: 1a) By applying for and signing a contract for any room in Cathedral Campus 2. To qualify and receive the offer once the customer has checked into their 2026/27 academic year accommodation, the customer must satisfy all the following conditions: (i) booked for 2026/27 academic year accommodation by completing application/booking on website’s booking system (internet access required); (ii) booked for 2026/27 in the following applicable site, on any contract length: • Cathedral Campus: (iii) signed their 2026/27 accommodation contract within 3 days of being sent it; (iv) not requested a cancellation for their 2026/27 Dwell accommodation booking; (v) be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy period and undertaking a course of study at a HEI in the United Kingdom during the 2026/27 academic year; (vi) checked-into the accommodation for your 2026/27 contract tenancy period; (vii) be living with Dwell Student Living on 2nd October 2026 with a valid tenancy agreement (viii) not having given Dwell Student Living notice of cancellation at any time; (ix) not be in rent arrears or have any outstanding payments associated with their Dwell account by 2nd October 2026; And (x) provided all supporting documents for the booking which are accepted by Dwell. 3. As long as the customer meets the above criteria, the free laundry credit worth £125 will be provided to you via email by 16th October 2026 at the latest. It should be supplied as laundry codes to use in our on-site laundry machine, however could be supplied in an alternative manner. 4. We reserve the right to pay by alternative methods. Any alternative payment method requests will not be granted. 5. The decision to pay the Offer is at the absolute discretion of Dwell Student Living. 6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 7. This offer cannot be applied or added retrospectively. 8. Dwell Student Living will not be liable for any loss or damages as a result of participating in this incentive. 9. Dwell Student Living reserves the right to limit this offer to prevent unusual use and abuse. Where Dwell Student Living suspects unusual use or abuse it reserves the right to suspend a customer’s right to the offer.
