公寓预定取消政策 ****以下内容是公寓标准取消预订条款的简要概述。具体的条款和条件，请参见公寓的《预订条款与条件》。 ***政策实时变更，请以公寓合同为准。公寓预定取消政策一、所有取消预定必须以书面形式通知IconInc，口头取消将不被接受。取消预定只有在收到公寓方的书面取消同意后才视为有效。公寓方建议：如果您对考试结果、签证申请或其他可能影响您入学大学的条件存在不确定，那么在结果确定之前，请不要进行预定。二、若经核实，您不具备租赁资格/提供误导或虚假信息/退出合同或未能在规定的15天期限内完成相关手续，您的150英镑预订押金将被视为放弃，不再退还。三、一旦您签署了租赁协议，代表您接受该协议的合同约束。此时，您仅能在找到一位愿意承担全部租金责任的合适替代租户后，才可解除您的租赁义务。四、“No Visa. No Pay”政策若您的签证申请被拒绝，需在48小时内向公寓提供签证拒绝信的副本，公寓可无责取消您的预订。取消预订的申请需在2025年8月1日之前提出。此条款仅适用于2025/2026学年的预订。五、“No Place.
