Bookings must be made within the promotional period: 7/5/ 2026 – 31/5/2026 Eligible residents may choose one of the following incentives: Three‑month free NX Bus Pass, or £150 cashback A minimum tenancy length of 51 weeks is required to be eligible for this offer. Residents selecting the NX Bus Pass will receive it after check‑in, once they have paid in full or made their first instalment payment in September 2026. Please allow up to 8 weeks from the check‑in date for Bus Pass processing. Cashback will be issued as a cash voucher. Please allow up to 12 weeks from the check‑in date for cashback processing. This offer is non‑transferable. For double‑occupancy bookings, only the lead booker will be eligible to receive the incentive. This promotion does not apply to tenancy takeovers. Eligible customers will receive £100 cashback when booking between 18th May and 31st May 2026. A minimum tenancy length of 50 weeks is required. Eligible students booking between 18th May and 31st May 2026 will also receive a £20 Uber Eats voucher upon check-in. You will be eligible for the Offer when the following conditions have been met: You have paid all rent instalments due as of 1 November 2026 and you do not owe any other fees, or; You have paid your rent in full for the entire year. If you do not meet the above conditions by 1 November 2026, you will not be eligible for the Offer. Please allow up to 12 weeks from your check-in date for incentive processing.
