公寓它在学校和市中心的中间位置，所以即使走路去学校和市中心都不远，去学校大概18分钟，去市中心22分钟左右。前台有个小哥还挺不错的，每次有什么事情都去找他。去5楼可以俯瞰整个城市，天气好的话可以在那里放松。暖气开着的时候非常热，经常要开一会然后关上，但是一次最多开两个小时。也有健身房，不过比较小，有一些哑铃和跑步机。热水器已经一个多星期了吧没修好，不过作为补偿公寓请我们吃了披萨，前几天开了一个小欢迎会也吃的披萨。但是给公寓发邮件从来不回，只能每次亲自去找他们。公寓旁边就是kelvingrove park，风景还不错。这个公寓外国人还挺多的。暂时就想到这些吧。

****以下内容是公寓标准取消预订条款的简要概述。具体的条款和条件，请参见公寓的《预订条款与条件》。 ***政策实时变更，请以公寓官方网站及合同为准。没有冷静期：一旦预订完成，除非找到替代租客，否则您需承担租金。替代租客完成预订后，原客户即可解除合同。 No Place No Pay & No Visa No Pay 发送邮件，邮件须提供拒签证明。证明必须包含学生姓名和拒签日期。公寓必须在签证局 (UKVI) 或大学签发拒签通知后7天内收到该证明。取消申请将逐案审核。一旦支付了250英镑的预订保证金 (ARP)，即使取消预订，该保证金也不予退还。如果取消预订并非由于学生自身原因（例如签证被拒），公寓将根据具体情况审核是否可以退还预订保证金。但是，如果取消预订/不去大学就读/不来英国是学生自己的决定，则预订保证金不予退还。如果客户预订了某个城市的房间，但最终接受了 Hello Student 在该城市也提供住宿的另一个城市的录取通知，我们可以将预订保证金转移到新城市的预订，但无法退还预订保证金。如果取消申请来自已入住 Hello Student 房间的客户，则还需要支付房间清洁管理费。（学生需要与公寓确认具体细节）。如果客户预订了某个城市的房间，但最终接受了另一个Hello Student没有相应房源的城市的住宿，公寓将无法退还预订确认费 (ARP)。
