设计团队巧妙地将美国高层住宅楼和欧洲庭院特色合为一体，构造出一栋外观呈不规则三角形，通体玻璃建材的公寓楼。搭配建筑中心内的中庭景观庭院，整体设计张扬，充满活力。由于其别致的造型与设计，还被冠以了一个独特的称号-玻璃金字塔。
