The Hello Bundle terms Nottingham · Offer valid only for new bookings for the 2026/27 academic year · Minimum tenancy length applies – 44 weeks or more · The Hello Bundle incentive can be withdrawn by Hello Student at any time · This bundle is valid for bookings made on or after 20th April 2026 and before 30th September 2026. · If the tenancy is cancelled, all incentives will be withdrawn · This incentive cannot be combined with any other offers. Laundry · Students on a 51-week tenancy will receive 44 wash/dry cycles. · Students on a 44-week tenancy will receive 34 wash/dry cycles. · Upon check-in, each student will need to provide their phone number to receive a unique laundry code. · This code will activate the laundry credit via the Circuit Laundry App and is valid until the end of January. · From the end of January, a new top-up code will be available. Students can collect this from reception. · Each laundry code is unique to the individual and must not be shared. · Shared or misused codes may result in deactivation of laundry access. · Any unused laundry credit from the first code will expire at the end of January. · The second credit allocation must be used by the end of the student’s tenancy (check-out date). · Laundry credit does not roll over and cannot be refunded or exchanged. · Eligibility is subject to the student remaining up to date with all rent payments Tram Pass and Voucher · The Tram Pass and Voucher offer is available at specified times for selected accommodation in Hello Student for 26/27 bookings. · The voucher is a ‘Lifestyle Voucher’ that includes top retailers and restaurants Once the above conditions have been met, the Tram Pass & Voucher will given by 31st October 2026.
